SONORA joins forces with Malke Music Management

Over more than 10 years, SONORA has built a strong roster of internationally recognised classical artists. Based in Poland and Germany, the agency successfully organises orchestral and chamber ensemble tours in this part of Europe. Malke Music Management specialises in early music. The agency has successfully given a new international dynamic to the artists, ensembles and festival it represents. We are happy to inform that SONORA and Malke Music Management are entering into close cooperation, becoming thus a leading player in the classical and early music market in Poland and Central Europe.

Our ambition is to become one of the "main players" in our region. This will benefit the artists we represent, as well as create new opportunities to network with the partners we work with. The outreach of our activities - now in synergy with Malke Music Management - is now greater than ever before.
- Stanislaw Suchora, SONORA music

SONORA and Malke Music Management, even in their new close cooperation, retain the character of boutique agencies, representing a narrow circle of carefully selected artists. At the same time, the number and size of our projects are growing significantly. Cooperation brings new opportunities for the artists and project we represent.
- Mikołaj Bylka-Kanecki, SONORA music

Artur Malke is a graduate of Public Relations, Economics and Cultural Management at the University of Economics in Katowice, as well as of the Academy of Music from the same city. He co-founded the {oh!} Historic Orchestra, and as the director of the Polish Radio Choir, participated in the process of merging the ensemble with Krzysztof Penderecki's European Music Center in Lusławice. His agency, established in 2015, currently collaborates with such artists and ensembles as Arte dei Suonatori, Freiburger Barockorchester, Polish Radio Choir, Equilibrium String Quartet, Dirk Vermeulen, Marcin Świątkiewicz and Sulamita Ślubowska. He is the only Polish member of the IAMA International Artist Managers' Association and vice-chairman of the REMA European Early Music Network, with over 150 members from all over Europe. He co-organizes All'improvviso International Early Music Festival in Gliwice.

I met Stanisław and Mikołaj from the SONORA agency almost six years ago, and we immediately felt that the activities we conducted independently were largely complementary. Believing that it is better to cooperate than to compete, we decided on this strategic partnership. Having experience in different genres of music, I am convinced that our decision will positively influence the international development of the careers of the artists we represent. Our goal is also to build new links between the music industries of the Central European countries.
