Linus Roth with series of concerts in Germany and the 100th birthday of Weinberg
In February, Linus Roth held series of concerts with the Neue Philharmonie Westfalen and theAugsburger Philharmoniker. His performance of Paul Hindemith's Violin Concerto was broadcast live from Augsburg by Deutschlandfunk Kultur.
Linus Roth, winner of one of the most prestigious music awards in Europe, ECHO Klassik 2017 and founder of the International Mieczysław Weinberg Society, he has prepared special programs for the 100th anniversary of the composer's birth. Linus Roth together with José Gallardo will present a program with Sonatas for violin and piano by Weinberg, among others on a series of concerts at Wigmore Hall in London curated by himself.
