This year marks the 10th anniversary of the creation of our agency. It was in June 2012, when travelling and living between Poznań, Paris and London, the idea of creating SONORA music came to us.

Since then - and we started literally ex nihilo! - we can boast of fantastic international artists such as Linus Roth, Annelien Van Wauwe, Thomas Sanderling and Ana de la Vega in our roster, and of many partnerships allowing us to realise various projects.

Since 2012, we accompanied our artists in countless concerts in Europe, both Americas, Asia, Australia and Africa, performing in such prestigious venues as Philharmonie Berlin, Philharmonie de Paris, Royal Festival Hall London, Musikverein Wien, Seoul Art Center, Teatro Colón Buenos Aires, Cairo Opera House, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, NOSPR Katowice, NFM Wrocław, Konzerthaus Dortmund and many others.

The projects and tours we are particularly proud of are:
2014 Around Panufnik tour - our very first international tour with 8 concerts in 7 countries (watch video)
2015-2017 Karkowski/Xenakis tour with 13 concerts in 7 countries (watch video)
2017 Série Rose project with 6 concerts in the leading contemporary music festivals in Europe (watch video)
2018 Laibach Polonia project consisting of commissioning a new work to Laibach and concerts in festivals in Poland and in Slovenia (watch video)
2019 Commissioning Zygmunt Krauze's Piano Concerto No.3: performed in Warsaw and in Metz (awarded by the French Syndicat professionnel de la critique Théâtre-Musique Danse as the Best Premiere of the 2019/2020 season), with further performances in Brno, Łódź and Kielce
2020- Laibach Wir sind das Volk - ein Musical project, created in collaboration with the Heiner Müller International Society, presented (so far) in Berlin, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Hamburg, Maribor and Novi Sad and released on CD and LP by Mute Records (listen to the album and watch video)
2021 Baltic tour of the Janáček philharmonic Ostrava with Lukáš Vondráček and Risto Joost, Polish/Czech tour of the Collegium Musicale choir under Endrik Üksvärav and German concert of the NFM Leopoldinum Orchestra
2022 Sikora/Nono project, realised in collaboration with les Métaboles vocal ensemble and the SWR Experimentalstudio Freiburg with the premiere at the Szczecin Philharmonic and the upcoming performance in Berlin...
... and we have not said our last word yet - be ready for more great projects this year!

In the coming years, we will be touring among others NFM Wrocław Philharmonic and Choir, Württembergische Kammerorchester Heilbronn, NFM Leopoldinum Orchestra, Gorzów Philharmonic Orchestra, Szczecin Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestre national d'Île de France, RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra, Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen, Cameristi della Scala and Wrocław Baroque Orchestra.

Since 2012, we also turned greener: only since January this year, Stanisław has travelled over 14.700 km by rail, to reduce the carbon footprint of our activity. All our prints are made on recycled paper and the CDs of our artists we are involved in production of are now released in ecopacks, to reduce the amount of plastic used.

During those 10 years, we met many wonderful people, became friends with our artists and number of our partners, and realised many of our dreams - we are very grateful for all this, hope that the next 10 years will bring us new adventures and that you will be part of them!
