Graduate of the Academy of Music in Katowice, specializing in double bass, as well as the University of Economics in Katowice, where he studied Economics (with a specialization in Public Relations) and Cultural, Art, and Tourism Management. Before starting his career in management, he was an active orchestral musician. From 2006 to 2011, he co-organized the annual concert tour known as “Project Mozart.” In 2012, together with Martyna Pastuszka, he founded {oh!} The Historical Orchestra, where he served as manager from 2012 to 2020. He collaborated with the Katowice City of Gardens Cultural Institution, being part of the team responsible for the successful application of Katowice for the title of UNESCO City of Music. Since 2020, he has been running his own artistic agency Malke Music which recently merged with SONORA. He has been working with such artists as AUKSO, Arte dei Suonatori, the Freiburger Baroque Orchestra, the Polish Radio Choir, the Equilibrium String Quartet, Marcin Świątkiewicz, and Sulamita Ślubowska. 

He is the only Polish member of the IAMA (International Artist Managers’ Association). Since 2018, he has co-organized the All’improvviso International Early Music Festival in Gliwice. In April 2022, he was elected Vice-Chairman of REMA (European Early Music Network), which brings together over 150 members from across Europe. In October 2022, he assumed the position of President of the Polish Radio Choir Foundation in Krakow, serving concurrently as director of the Polish Radio Choir for another year, during which he was involved in the merger of the ensemble with the Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music in Lusławice. He regularly participates in conferences dedicated to culture and classical music in Poland and abroad. Since 2020, he has been sharing his experience with students at the Academy of Music in Katowice, where he teaches courses in “Promotion and Marketing in Culture” and “Social Communication and Event Organization.”
